Because of so many references God
made regarding the heart, we believe to get to the root of the
problem, we must get to the heart of the matter. God said he
does not want a divided heart. He told us we can not serve two
masters. KOH believes that most issues can be resolved when
a person truly learns to fall in love with God and to fall out
of lust with worldly treasures (workaholism, gluttony, overspending,
and verbal abuse, and so forth).
God advises us to seek Counsel. The
problem--many have been deceived by the world’s lessons
of God and not the Biblical mandates our Heavenly Father has
relayed to us. That’s why at KOH we desire to teach
you what God’s word truly says.
For example, a “three-fold
cord is not quickly broken. Two are better than one, because
they have a good return for their work: If one falls down,
his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and
has no one to help him up! Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves. For where two or three come together
in my name, there am I (God) with them.”
You don’t have to do it alone.
In the book of Genesis we read that God created a “helpmate”
for Adam. At the beginning of time, God saw fit to allow for
a “helpmate,” so he created Eve, in addition to
Himself, to help Adam. God tells us that he created “man
and woman in His own image.”
God is a relational being. After all,
we are talking about a Triune God, how much more relational
can He be? How could it not be possible that God is providing
Christian Counselors to assist you with your concerns? Consider
this, Jesus traveled the earth with a “God Squad”
of 12 disciples. Even Jesus didn’t go it alone. How
does a person get healthier if he does it single-handedly?
This is a total contradiction to the examples God and Jesus
set.
We at KOH would feel privileged
to walk with you along the “narrow road” toward
freedom and prosperity in God. “He
has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom
for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners”—Isaiah
61:1. |
