What to Expect in the Initial Session:

In an attempt to make your first appointment an easy, more enjoyable experience, we have made it possible to get all of your information needed available to you at your home.

First, we request that you print out all of the required intake forms, giving careful attention to confidentiality and billing policies. If possible, please complete these forms prior to your first appointment. If you are unable to do so, we request that you arrive 20 minutes earlier to your initial session, where you will find the same documents in the waiting room.

Second, the clinical staff may have requested you to access our resource page and complete an assessment prior to your first session. If so, please complete the online assessment, print the results page, and bring it to your first appointment.
